Powering the brains behind autonomous infrastructure

The Spark

The Spark

As our systems evolved, we needed a unified platform to control, monitor, and scale our drone infrastructure. The goal was to build a secure and modular operating system that supported real-time control, third-party integration, and future expansion, while remaining easy to use.

The Challenge

The Challenge

We started with nothing. The entire architecture needed to be defined from scratch, including the database, APIs, and hardware control layers. The team had limited internal software expertise, so we relied on a remote development partner for most of the core work. Managing that collaboration, maintaining security, and keeping the software aligned with evolving hardware needs added significant complexity.

Driving Development

Driving Development

As we began building the platform, I took the lead in designing its full architecture. This included the database structure, web interface, API framework, and the control layer for the hardware. From the start, I mapped out how the system would grow, defining a versioning strategy that allowed us to launch quickly while leaving room for future capabilities. With limited internal resources, I managed a remote development team and kept them aligned with our hardware roadmap.

The Solution

The Solution

We created a modular platform that connected every station to a unified backend. The first release enabled secure local control across multiple devices and proved the system's reliability in real conditions. I also prepared documentation and architectural plans for the next phase, which focused on remote access, improved security, and third-party integration.

Beyond the Build

Beyond the Build

This platform became the operational core of our infrastructure. It brought multiple systems together into one environment that was scalable, secure, and built to grow. I combined long-term vision with day-to-day execution to deliver the foundation that supported every product we launched.
